Cancellations & Rescheduling

All cancellations and rescheduling can happen through your appointment confirmation email, or by reaching out to Chandler@sunupskin.com. As a courtesy, please reschedule or cancel your appointment within 48 hours of appointment time. Canceling or rescheduling under 24 hours from appointment start time will be considered a No Show.

No Shows

If you miss your appointment or cancel/reschedule under 24 hours from appointment time, you will be charged 50% of the treatment service price. We want to avoid this at all costs, but please understand the time and resources that go into preparing for your very special treatment time.

Running Late

We have a 15 minute grace period for appointment start times. After 15 minutes, your appointment will have to be cut short to the original finish time + 15 minutes. Upon arrival you’ll be notified of treatment finish time when running late by 15 minutes or more.

Payments

Payment can be prepaid with a gift card or paid after the service by Venmo, Paypal, cash, or credit card. All sales are final. There will be no refunds, no exceptions.
